A Montrose Bungalow from 1925

Shortly after purchasing this bungalow, an enormous Live Oak toppled over. We believe that the 2010-11 drought damaged the tree's root system. After getting over the loss of such a beautiful specimen, the backyard underwent a complete renovation.
