The project encompassed a comprehensive range of exterior enhancements, including the removal of approximately 166 cubic yards of soil, extensive foundation work, and meticulous grading. New drainage, an irrigation system, and a Cedar fence, custom trellis and gates that matched the original arch over the main entrance were installed. The outdoor living spaces were upgraded with a new patio and paths crafted from aged brick, complemented by strategically placed landscape lighting and new plantings.
